I was exploring the features of my Cloudflare account and I discovered the WARP VPN client is now available for desktop. I installed it and immediately noticed a download speed boost, and it also obfuscated my location — showing I was located in San Francisco, when I'm actually in Oregon. It looks like the encrypted data tunnel is working. Also, it's free. There is a paid upgrade called WARP+ that has some additional features. → If you appreciate this hunt, please give me a follow here on PH. :)
Do they let you modify the title? If it said for Desktop or something that would have gotten me much more excited! I've been using 1.1.1.1 on mobile for a long time. Bringing that privacy to desktop is awesome.
Technically this ain't a VPN though... ^^
Powerful tool. It solves my problem with LinkedIn from Russia. Yea! Cool.
Cloudflare is one of my favorite companies. ❤️ It provides such amazing tools and resources. Also operates without greed, give min opportunities under free plans. This put them in a solid place for me, in this greed-money-first world system. I hope they succeed more, earn more, which they deserve.
