Genius idea! I like the idea of using Slack/Discord for customer care and announcements but lack of insights, prioritization, organization, and automation quickly made my channels feel overwhelming and crowded -- and if I felt that way, surely customers felt the same ten-fold. I'm super excited to see this on my PH feed today and can't wait to take Abbot out for a run. Great work, Abbot team!
