I think AhoyConnect appears to be a promising toolkit for marketing and growth teams in the Web3 ecosystem. However, as with any product that deals with data from various platforms, data privacy concerns should be taken seriously. It would be helpful to know more about how your solution integrates with different platforms and how it handles data privacy.
AhoyConnect is probably one of those important tools you can't really go without. Especially if you have a large community. The level of detail you can get from Discord and Telegram are second to none. It's helped us better position our product offering and optimise our Discord community structure to the point that we're now a Discord partner.
