Hey Hunters! I created this list to keep track of all the brands that decided to close or limit their business in Russia in response to the Russian war against Ukraine. More importantly, there are major brands that continue their operations as if nothing has happened. Is your favorite brand open for business in Russia? This list makes it easy to find out and to publicly challenge their business presence.
I am interested to know whether you think that the businesses care about the lives of Ukraine. Do you think the decision to close shop in Russia was something the business houses wanted to do on their own? Or is it just a pressure tactic by the respective governments?
Just to be sure, you are aware of the Yale list "of shame" https://som.yale.edu/story/2022/almost-1000-companies-have-curtailed-operations-russia-some-remain You could combine that with your activist/tweet feature...
Crazy times we are living! interesting initiative, @virae
Categories come from the product's launch tags. Most products appear in 2-3 categories. The primary category is listed first.
The scores reflect launch-period engagement. Historical data is preserved and doesn't change retroactively. The build date at the bottom shows when the index was last refreshed.
Check the similar products section on this page, or browse the category pages linked in the tags above. Each category page shows all products for a given year, sorted by engagement.
A measure of community engagement at launch. Higher means more people noticed and interacted with the product. It's a traction signal, not a quality rating.
