This is useful. I just spent an hour Airbnb hunting, which is even more time consuming when coordinating with friends to make a decision.

Airbnb is a great way to approach and look around for places. The method of comparing all the essentials in a precise, consistent, and the organized spreadsheet is a genius idea.
This is really cool and definitely a time saver. I agree, it's way too easy to spend a lot of time on Airbnb. I am wondering if you could take this one step further because finding the places to add to the list would still take a lot of time. What if you could generate a top 5-10 chart based on ratings and comments while also using parameters, such as location, price, vacation time. Then someone could come to your site and have a chart of the 5-10 best places to stay in that area, in their price
