Hey ya'll π, I built First Light because I needed a quieter way to start my day. Iβd wake up and immediately get pulled into noise. Checking texts, slack, email, X, and IG, just to get some cheap dopamine. I was craving something quiet and still. Something grounding. Something I could feel, not just scroll past. So I built First Light. π One timeless passage each morning, rooted in wisdom literature. π§ Real-life examples to apply throughout your day. π§ Calm narration if you prefer to listen. β¨ S
Iβve had the pleasure to test this out early and the only thing Iβve gotta say is: there are a few apps on this planet. I would wish to get more notifications from. This is one of them. Great concept, gorgeous design, simple to use and just such a nice way to start your day instead of scrolling on socials.
wow! love the intro film - and I'm sure I'll love the app too! looking forward to giving my mornings a new start - before i juggle back on to slack again.
There are two times a day that you change the course of your life. The first five minutes after you wake and the last five before you sleep. I need this. Amazing work!
This resonates so much! My mornings used to feel chaotic until I started grounding myself first. Excited to try First Light β itβs exactly what Iβve been missing. Congrats on the launch! βοΈ
