Hybrid work is undoubtedly great for many reasons, but unarguably created a chasm in restoring some in-person experiences that we’re used to. Folks breathes fresh air into this a lot of these ghost offices and long lost personal connection with work colleagues. Flexible/Hybrid work is here to stay. That means, 3 days a week, but who's coming which 3 days of the week? Slack each of your colleagues, run a poll in group. And repeat it every week.
