We’re delighted to share FounderRecs with you, built from a need we encountered over and over: ⁃ We spent time and money on startup services that ended up being not up to par ⁃ Almost 10% of messages in our startup group chats were asking for recommendations Thus, we decided to build “the Yelp for startup services.” A place for startup service providers to list their offerings clearly, and for founders to review and provide testimonials for services they enjoyed working with.
This is awesome. I feel like I see the same "any recommendations for a startup accountant?" over and over in my founder slack groups and this solves that. Best of luck!
I understand the need to put the ability to comment behind a subscription wall, but I'm less clear why the ability to view needs to be. It makes me wonder what you want that for? I'm guessing to market something to me? Plenty will sign up I'm sure, but personally I need to see *something* before I sign up. Congrats and good luck though!
