Wow super cool! I love how you designed it so that the picture is generated via a tweet and not just a simple image upload. Creates a way to spread organically. There's a huge potential here! I'll love to see you use Twitter and OpenCV's machine learning to potentially create a whole list of "functions" where people can create variations of their avatar!
You should consider adding some privacy notice. Before using I would like to know if my image is discarded/deleted after use.
