Great concept, and excellent design of the entire website. Do the vets also answer more "casual questions" that may not be emergencies? As an example, of my dogs today had a little piece of plastic in her mouth, when I went to take it out her idea was to just immediately swallow it lol. I don't think it's urgent enough to take her immediately to the vet, but at the same time, a 2nd opinion would also be nice.
I know many people who would want to use a service like this, especially for quick questions and consultations between visits. Pet care is a huge industry and very important to anyone who owns a pet. Love the branding and website too.
My dogs hate the vet. I can't blame them either, but sometimes even for consultation it's a struggle getting them inside the clinic. This is a very cool concept!
