Congrats on your new product. I found myself watching quite a lot of the videos for a long time. If I was watching the exact same video on Youtube, I would have click away within the first couple of minutes. Question: Have you experimented with 360 degree video? If you haven't, you must. And have you thought about the user just hovering over a sign to see / hear the translation while the video still plays instead of having to click to pause then click the circle to read? Google has a camera app
