Most refund policy generators are generic. I wanted to create one that had more customizable options, depending on the type of business you're operating -- whether you're selling physical goods, digital downloads, or running a SAAS or service consultancy.
Hello PH community! I created this free refund policy generator to make it easier for businesses to communicate with their customers about how refunds might work (if a refund is ever requested). It seems with all the problems surrounding chargebacks for any businesses who accept credit card payment that having something like this is yet another chore one needs to remember doing before selling online.
