One of the biggest challenges I have with work is Slack. Since we onboard our clients on slack too, it becomes a hassle putting reminders and remembering tasks. (For reference I am a part of 300+ slack channels most of which are customer facing). Amazing to see 'Reply Later' here. One of the best tools I have used. Wait, isn't this what @slackbot is for? I can see you've added a few improvements, but can you and compare and contrast both?
This can be a everyday use tool. Hope you will bring more integrations soon and perhaps a central dashboard. Congrats on the the launch!
