I agree with all that has been said -- Tutoring is certainly much more than delivering content & performing a walkthrough of a problem. Great tutors genuinely interest in the student in the content, often through though provoking conversation & question. And while that is indeed how the best 1:1 learning happens, observe that the reality today is that such top 1% tutors are rare, and most students -- stuck between large group learning and un-engaging video/YT videos, simply never get to
