We use Actiondesk for months now. We built our Global KPIs reports with all of our most important metrics in few sheets, using data from different DB. All of this without having to take time from our tech team. We can find our metrics with classical Excel/gsheet functions skills and save many time 👌
I just started using Actiondesk, to automate the aquisition of data from our BI DB for non-technical colleagues. They are very hyped to get those reports because they will have access to real time data and in the meantime, save much time from my team (BI). Actiondesk seems like the ideal tool for this job
The scores reflect launch-period engagement. Historical data is preserved and doesn't change retroactively. The build date at the bottom shows when the index was last refreshed.
