I have been a big fan of Airy's Open Source Chat Plugin and it's ease of modularity across multiple touchpoints. The use case that got me most interested was the application to eCom and how through ease of opt-ins consumers could identify themselves & even connect as members. Work in progress, but hopefully a collaboration soon!
This is pretty neat. How do you handle encryption between the different services?
The scores reflect launch-period engagement. Historical data is preserved and doesn't change retroactively. The build date at the bottom shows when the index was last refreshed.
