Looking good! There are many chatbot providers but none have hit the mark IMO. Making one specifically for small business owners who cannot spend many hours and lots of money customizing their chatbots sounds like a good idea. In the first screenshot on PH you show the bot providing an order’s information based on the order number. I don’t see any mention of integrations on your website though.
