This is an interesting concept and I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, I can see how it would be beneficial for people to be better aware of engaging techniques. On the other hand, a possibility to opt out from those? That seems weird to me. It is as if Netflix, as an entertaining platform, would offer an option to show less entertaining content because you feel you are spending too much time on it.
