In comparison with other DEXes in the Cardano Ecosystem, I think Blueshift stands out for me. From smooth transactions to very low fees on swaps to pretty good APRs on Farms etc. I find the UI quite incredible as well #MyExperience :)
I have always been frustrated when it comes to DeFi, particularly Yield farming. Used a couple before such as Pancakeswap and Uniswap. Using blueshift has changed my mind when it comes to Yield farming and staking. Using a single token to provide liquidity is a game-changer.
