Might I suggest flipping each ratings scale from the current negative-to-positive characteristic to positive-to-negative characteristic instead? It could change the entire tone of your solution - accentuating the positives vs exposing the negatives. I'd be interested to see the results of an A/B test.
As a rising senior who has just been through the job market, I see a huge need for Candor’s services. Most platforms out there lack transparency and genuine feedback. I especially like the option to anonymously request a review as many candidates might not have a network from which to draw the right connections or simply want to skip cold messaging. Congrats on the launch and excited for what’s to come!
So excited that there’s a platform that helps level the playing field, and creates a space to hear all voices no matter how junior or how senior on what it’s like to work with someone firsthand. I’ve experienced countless instances of someone flying under the radar, and putting on a front with leadership, where in reality their peers or reports are miserable and powerless. Candor is such an important missing piece to understanding the full digital resume of an employee today. Go candor!
