CoachMe app tracks your activity and keeps you in green, healthy zone - Automatic activity tracking - Sleep tracking - Smart alerts
Hello Product Hunt! At the age of 35 I started getting health problems. Working as an Android developer, I spend about 7 hours of my day sitting. A lot of sitting and minimal activity was the source of my health issues. I had to change my lifestyle to get fit and healthy. Since I am also a father of 3rd, I didn’t have much time for myself. The only free time I had was one hour at lunch time. So, I started to use this time for brisk walks. Walks were irregular, and I wasn’t sure if they were help
Great idea to keep track of activities and health in check. I have been struggling with maintaining progress on my exercises. Would love to know more about its features
Coach Me seems like a great app to track health and keep ourselves in check. I can speak from experience how hard it is to manage health and work together. Health should definitely be a priority in these trying times, love the fact that it will automatically track my activities.
I can see this application is only for android. It will be available for iOS as well?
