I'm not an expert in web 3.0, but this list could definitively be useful to a friend of mine who has recently launched his NFT project!
Since I couldn't afford paid advertising, I had to curate free websites and directories where I can post my web 3.0 projects (and also build some backlinks). This list took ~30 hours to create.
