Oh, that's actually really important, and too bad not all companies do something like that. I know how hard it is sometimes to work, and it's pretty easy to get burnout. That's why I always make sure that all my employees are not overworking. I even hired a dedicated engineering team to give less work to my colleagues, and I'm glad I did because now I doubt they could come up with something that good.
