I understand that it is about enhancing the dialogue experience with dedicated customer service based on the NPS tool. This can help users better express why they like or dislike my product. However, one question is, how can we improve users' patience with products they dislike? For example, if I browse a product and rate it 3 stars, and it asks me why I gave a low score, to be honest, I might not necessarily respond.
This is a great area ready for disruption. The direction is clear and interesting. I would encourage the team to move on to phone/video interviews as well, which is where extracting insights becomes really complicated and where users talk with the most detail.
