Hi everyone! I'm Karina Mikhli, Founder of Fractionals United, and am excited to be here. I fell into fractional work before "fractional" was a thing. Few start a business to run it, so founders often get overwhelmed as soon as there's some success, and they'd then hire me to manage the operations for them while they focused on their strengths. I ended up going full-time with one of my fractional clients but they didn't need a long-term full-time COO, so I re-entered the fractional world to find
