Hey @sbartel87 I've been looking to hire a senior engineer for Kniru myself and I can clearly see how much thought has gone into creating a seamless experience for recruiters on Gem. Have you considered adding a feature for predictive analytics to forecast hiring needs based on growth trends? It could provide invaluable insights for strategic planning.
