Your taps can then be automatically turned into health insights, so you can see how your daily habits, like caffeine consumption, are impacting your symptoms, sleep, and more. This all started as a side project of our engineer, @awadirathu, who wanted to keep track of his hydratio
This will make tracking my health inputs so much easier. Pulling my phone out all the time and navigating to different apps to input food, water, meds, exercise gets to be a chore. This will make it much easier to be habitual about it and collect enough data to get insights.
