I love the set up of the topics, and the app guides you very clearly. The contents are so rich , inspiring and encouraging . When I have time, I will check in to do some core exercise or write down a gratitude journal , these really help me to think positively after a busy day at work. I have been using Iona for 9 months now and it's a great app. I use it to reinforce CBT tools taught me by my psychologist.
