I'm using this app since the first lockdown and it does the job. It's simple and can work in the background. Very good deal if you don't want to buy a webcam
Google Play Store comments are pretty bad. There are no replies to those comments also. It is bad.
What's the difference from the other solutions like DroidCam for example?

I saw "Camo" for using a phone as a WebCam, but that only works with iPhones, which I don't use. I was searching for an Android solution and found this one and it works really well. You can attach it via USB for a wired connection as well. Totally acceptable at the FREE level … … then the $4.49 upgrade to "Pro" gets you exposure controls, color controls, white balance, flash on/off, image mirror, zoom bar, and more. Nice app. Made in Finland. 🇫🇮
