Jutsu is an app that scans your handwritten notes and makes them searchable. The app was born of a personal need where I had lots of handwritten notes on paper but couldn't find a good app which backs them up on the cloud while also making them searchable.
I plan on giving this a try. It looks pretty awesome.
I think doctors are still probably screwed. :)
