Hi Product Hunt, We are team Alltius. We’ve created KNO as a smart assistant that answers any question: human-like, quick, and precise, given a body of knowledge. For now, we are on Slack and we will be adding various channels progressively. We started off with a sole mission to foster product learning and enablement among SaaS users. I am sure most of you prefer self-help over writing tickets to the support desk. However, finding an answer takes at least 10-15 minutes of sifting through links,
