I was blown away when I first saw Mega HR proactively automate away the most tedious parts of recruiting, like getting a phone number or reminding a teammate to rate a candidate, or it handling scheduling. Congrats @dboundz and team. It’s always especially cool to see successful founders try to solve the same problem a second time in a fresh way.
Hey Darren, NGL, I think this is a great concept but what really stands out for me is that AI could put an end to ghosting job seeks. To me this is such a massive problem and it's impacting so many and wasting so much time & effort. I've been there and it makes a lot of sense that AI, with infinite time & resources could make the process of finding a job more transparent. Love it and wish you well with your launch.
Really cool stuff here and congrats on this launch. What really caught my eye here though was the "Eliminates Ghosting". I don't know anyone has hasn't suffered this while in search for a job and I love the idea that AI could begin to help solve this. I do tend to feel much of the issue with the lack of communication comes down to capacity in most cases (and a bit of laziness). It makes a lot of sense that AI agents would solve for that.
