I personally like two points - it’s very holistic approach and therefore it can help you not only with your career progression but also with better understanding your personal life and answering on some very deep questions/beliefs/motivations/values. It’s also a very fun tool and done in sort of game manner so not so intimidating or complex, very easy to follow and understand.
