The next crm is quite an interesting for me.i mistaken it for a fluentcrm replacement before but the email automation is not part of it. Nextcrm has more options for managing the contact bit and neat form builder with custom fields. But the Easy smtp is really primitive and buggy. It's a real letdown for me. I cannot connect it with amazon ses and Gmail yet.
