What the Community Said

Given the Covid circumstances, my wedding was restricted to 25 people from an initial guest list of approx. 500 people. We used Nolan to livestream the wedding, with hundreds of viewers concurrently watching the livestream. Nolan allowed different angles of all the finer details of a traditional Hindu wedding, allowing our viewers to feel like they were a part of the special event. Big props!

Kia ora/hello, hunters! Prashant Trivedy here, founder/maker of Nolan - an app that aims to give anyone the ability to create beautiful, creative multi-camera live streams directly from their phone, without additional laptops/software/cables. Why? My brother got engaged last year and, due to covid lockdowns, had an engagement party at home. We wanted to stream this to family overseas and discovered (painfully) that video chat apps (e.g. Zoom) are not suitable for one/few-to-many event streaming.

This sounds great. Can’t wait to test it. What’s the roadmap for iOS?
