Research like a pro with AI: a complete toolkit for doing great product research, loved by teams with and without researchers. Transcribe and analyze interviews, notes, surveys and more by combining AI and the research industry’s top research methods.
Today we’re sharing with the ProductHunt community Notably 2.0, the workspace you’ve always dreamed of for doing product and customer research. Now you can use GPT-4 to do all sorts of heavy lifting across the research journey. From transcribing in multiple languages, to summarizing conversations based on their research purpose (ex discovery interview vs usability test), to suggesting tags, to generating insights from tagged and themed data. Notably makes the skills and speed needed to do great
Notably's biggest flex for me centers around it's fluid workflow and ability to classify data effortlessly. Because I'm often taking my design hat off and diving into research, Notably has encouraged me to adopt more efficient methods when conducting my studies, inspiring some pretty juicy insights and recognition from my peers. Typically after primary & secondary research I'm highlighting key bits in Notably and sending them off to the canvas to group themes, finally exporting to spreadshee
