OrgPad is a universal tool. It is good for planning, brainstorming, presentations, storing information, but it's also good for long-term work like learning for an exam or tracking a project. At first, it'll remind you of Mind Maps but it's so much more!
An example of visualization of a state-of-art research in EPO public database Espacenet: https://orgpad.com/s/7gJeFgPuVH1 Orgpad enables to build a generic picture as well as, in parallel, to keep lot of details hidden but easily accessible therein, e.g. by saving the entire documents or links thereto in cells assigned to individual patent families.
I agree to the opinion that the product combines simplicity and intuitive use with powerfulness and versatility, but I also like the user community around it, especially many enthusiastic teachers exploring the potential for teaching. It is amazing that OrgPad inspires curiosity and creativity. Many children do like OrgPad as a toy, however, just by playing therewith, they create remarkable pieces bearing an imprint of their originality.
