What the Community Said

One of the most comprehensive and accurate archetype assessments I’ve seen. Took some time but worth it. It also gives good pointers to coach your team based on their needs.

The website says that it would just take 10 minutes, but it might take about 30 minutes to assess your traits. It would be good to correct that heading on the landing page to set expectations right. I will check it a bit later.

This is probably the most accurate online assessment you can take about who you are. If I had to pick one thing to improve on: it lacks any kind of follow ups on your results. Say I score very low on something and I want to improve on it: what next? Where do I go? What do I do to improve?

Hello, Adam. Thank you so much for making this amazing bid. Last weekend, I completed the survey, which was both on-the-spot and enlightening.
