Hey everyone! I’m Adithya , co-founder of q&ai along with Bhairav and Michael ! When we spoke with sales leaders, the complaint that we heard over and over again was simple: “I don’t have the time to listen to all of these call recordings.” Everyone now supports remote, distributed teams, and sales organizations are doing a great job recording their customer conversations with the hopes of using those recordings for better coaching and sales adjustments.
