Hi everyone! I have been long-term unemployed and experienced the biases that exist in the job market. With the growth of user-generated content on social platforms, it is increasingly important to put a face to a name. However, recruitment processes often rely on blind written CVs/resumes and questionable practices like removing a candidate's identity to supposedly reduce bias, or using automated ATS systems that may overlook talented candidates. Fantastic idea, thanks a lot for sharing. Is this product targeted to smaller&medium sized enterprises? I have the feeling that most big corporations can't choose but to have automatic CV screenings (for their first rounds of interviews) due to the high number of applicants. Best, Ben
A measure of community engagement at launch. Higher means more people noticed and interacted with the product. It's a traction signal, not a quality rating.
Discussion threads divided by interest score. Above 0.30 is strong. Below 0.15 suggests the product got clicks but not conversation.
Categories come from the product's launch tags. Most products appear in 2-3 categories. The primary category is listed first.
The scores reflect launch-period engagement. Historical data is preserved and doesn't change retroactively. The build date at the bottom shows when the index was last refreshed.
