How do you ensure that the AI remains unbiased and effective across various industry-specific hiring contexts? I guess on of the biggest challenge
Hiring is in deep need of an extreme overhaul. I'm a big fan of using AI for things like this. Big question, though (and maybe a tough one - sorry!): There have been a lot of stories of bias being built into AI tools. How have you avoided that here?
The scores reflect launch-period engagement. Historical data is preserved and doesn't change retroactively. The build date at the bottom shows when the index was last refreshed.
