I hate saying it is "Easy to use" cause it sounds like bullshit but Supertalent is just that. Even though, you find some deep and complex things about yourself, all the time it feels like a videogame, Career manager PRO 2022 :D

For startups, a job description is usually not enough to be able to hire great talent. Will take a look how this could help. Congrats on the launch, @tom_zrubecky !
A measure of community engagement at launch. Higher means more people noticed and interacted with the product. It's a traction signal, not a quality rating.
Discussion threads divided by interest score. Above 0.30 is strong. Below 0.15 suggests the product got clicks but not conversation.
