If you have an offer to join a scaling company, you might have won a ticket on board the next global rocket ship. Especially if the startup gives you the chance to own a piece of the business in the form of an equity stake. But young, early-stage businesses donβt always have totally smooth, transparent processes.
Transparency at the offer stage is so critical! So many companies prioritise salary but don't incentivise candidates in the best way because they miss the chance to communicate the cash value equivalent with equity. Puts more power into the candidate's hands β great stuff
