Absolute winner! The product focuses on identifying key decision points that candidates might have while evaluating jobs and companies. This allows the candidate to personalize their own search experience based on what they value most. The fact that they also focus on traits like ethics etc of a company is very unique and a great value-add.
Hm this airs out some good laundry. A company’s history of layoffs, enforcing non-competes, % of female and non-white employees… I like how you can search for jobs using Redshift or Salesforce or Swift etc. I’m a US citizen but I can see the H1B sponsorship thing being helpful for lots of folks.
Those filters are excellent. Great job.
Hi, Amit Great product. What stack did you use and for how long do you work for this project? It s only you full time?
I helped a few friends with their job search and was constantly using TrueUp. Hands down the best job marketplace I've used to date. The initial research & discovery phase of new companies and aligning with their values is critically important. With TrueUp I was able to filter down by funding history, H1B, crypto projects, etc. Love this site and everything they've built, awesome job.
