Hey ProductHunt, @cohitre and I are back with our second Waypoint launch! During our initial launch, we had to cast a relatively wide net for table stakes and to better understand the market. After working closely with some incredible customers (and potential customers), we quickly uncovered a core problem – teams consistently were running into engineering bottlenecks around building and maintaining email templates. This may sound a bit silly since there are many template builders on the market.
